These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Uplevel website, products, and services. By using or subscribing to any service through the designated process, you agree to the terms applicable to that service.
1. Services
Uplevel provides services and products in the areas of leadership and professional development, coaching, career guidance, assessments, training, digital platforms and applications, and AI-powered services.
Services, features, pricing, and subscription periods may vary depending on the product, package, or applicable agreement.
2. Accounts
Users are required to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, and prevent unauthorized use of their accounts.
Users are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
3. Acceptable Use
Uplevel services may not be used for unlawful purposes, to violate the rights of others, to attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise systems, or to copy, resell, or otherwise exploit Uplevel content or technologies without authorization.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authority and rights to share any data or documents they submit through the services.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
The price, subscription period, key features, and payment terms will be displayed before the purchase is completed.
Where a subscription is subject to automatic renewal, this will be clearly communicated to the user before the subscription is completed.
Subscription cancellation and refunds are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and to the consumer rights provided under applicable Saudi laws and regulations.
5. Sessions and Bookings
Coaching and career guidance sessions are subject to the booking and cancellation policy presented at the time of booking or included with the relevant package.
If Uplevel is unable to provide a confirmed session for a reason attributable to Uplevel, rescheduling or an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with the nature of the service and the user's statutory rights.
6. Refunds and Termination
Requests for cancellation, termination, and refunds are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase, without prejudice to any consumer rights granted under applicable Saudi laws and regulations that cannot legally be waived or excluded by agreement.
Refund requests or complaints may be submitted through the approved support channels.
7. Coaching and Career Guidance
Coaching and career guidance services are intended for professional and leadership development and do not constitute medical or psychological treatment, or specialized legal or financial advice.
Uplevel does not guarantee any specific employment, professional, or financial outcome as a result of using its services.
8. Artificial Intelligence
The services may include AI-powered tools that provide content, assessments, recommendations, or simulations.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors or incomplete information, and users are responsible for exercising their professional judgment before relying on such outputs for important decisions.
Automated outputs are not a substitute for specialized professional advice where such advice is required.
9. Corporate Programs
For services provided through an employer or corporate client, certain aspects of the service may be governed by a separate agreement between Uplevel and the participating organization.
A corporate agreement does not automatically grant the participating organization access to a user's personal content or private conversations, except to the extent permitted by applicable laws, policies, and disclosures.
10. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights relating to Uplevel's platforms, software, designs, trademarks, and content belong to their respective rights holders.
Users are granted a limited right to use the services for their intended purposes and may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without authorization.
Users retain ownership of the content they provide, while granting Uplevel the necessary authorization to process such content to the extent required to provide the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Service Availability
We strive to provide our services in a stable and secure manner. Certain services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have where a paid service cannot be provided or is not provided in accordance with its agreed description.
12. Suspension or Termination of Accounts
Uplevel may suspend or terminate access to the services in cases of material violations of these Terms and Conditions, misuse, security risks, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
In such cases, subscriptions and amounts paid will be handled based on the reason for termination and the applicable statutory rights.
13. Liability
The services are provided according to their nature and intended purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, Uplevel shall not be liable for decisions made by a user based solely on educational content, recommendations, or automated outputs.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver or limitation of any liability that may not lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by Uplevel's published Privacy Policy, which forms an integral and complementary part of these Terms and Conditions.
15. Amendments to the Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time as necessary. The updated version and its effective date will be published on the website.
Any amendments will not affect accrued rights or paid subscription periods except to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
